20gb Hardisk Issues

hey guys

well i flahed my dvd no probs so i thot id better splash out on a hardisk so i got one off of ebay but it doesnt show up in my 360??

i connected it to my pc and and looked at with xplorer360 and it shows 3 partitions and some files with xex? is it fucked?
