What Can The Datal Xsata Do?

I've always been big on modding (modded my original Xbox), and love some of the amazing things the original Xbox can do.

I only just found out about XSATA (knew about the more difficult methods and wasn't interested), but I am so far unsure of what can be done with it.

Now i know you can back-up saves and cheat to get achievments (not interested in that at all). The ability to use my Xbox saves is pretty cool but not a must.

Would anyonw be kind enough to save me some time and let me know what the full potential of the XSATA is?

Well I was able to browse the UDATA and TDATA directories of the Xbox B/C on the harddrive.
