E68 Error....hard Drive Problem

360 worked fine played madden 20 min ago....turn it on the bottom right flashes red and displays 368 error...which i researched to be a hard drive error....any ideas on fixing this?

-clear cache ,

-use the reset code,

-get a new harddrive

-get a new xbox

Ok well if it helps it runs fine without hd in....could you explain the whole clearing cache and using the restart code.
