Hello ,

About a month ago i bought an 360 console and some games ,
and everything worked just fine .

But last weekend i've had my drive flashed (toshiba samsung with PCI VIA VT 6421L , the edited version of MKTFlash and xtreme v3.0' .
i´ve played a couple of hours with some back ups (burned just like in the tut's)  and everything worked perfectly.

But this morning i played about 2 or 3 hours and all kind of strange artifacts are starting to appear and even some games crash (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
i disconnected everything but the problem still isnt over

seems like your gpu or memory is getting hot overheating

but what is the best solution for this overheating problem ?

I would flash it back to your original firmware and see if it's ok then. Try the cooler if that don't work send it back to M$, I just hope you haven't messed up any warranty stickers.

He flashed his firmware = he had to get access to dvd drive = he had to mess with warrenty stickers.

some people cut holes under the HDD to access the drives connectors, which would avoid the stickers, however still voiding the consoles warranty.

hey people , this morning i got my cooler .
the cooler works fine , but it didnt affect the state of my xbox 360 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

but i just found out something more ....
every time i play the outfit , the artifacts start to appear after a certain scenario (i'm going to make a new movie so you can see it yourself)
but when the artifacts appear , i rebooted the xbox and the artifacts are still there (and not after the scenario)

i don't what it could be ! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

hope someone can help me !

i just made the video , the first minute is not very intresting .
As you can see , the game in the beginning just works fine but after a few moments you can see the artifacts appearing ( @ 1.38 to be precise , quick notice i've paused the video a couple of times so you wouldnt be bothered with loading screens)
