Making A Molex Power Adapter For 360 Drive

this diagram looks forward enough, but what the hell is the blue thing in the upper right hand corner?

It looks like a switch, but when would you need to flick the switch?


edit, from reading around it looks like its an eject button?
who the hell needs an external eject
