My 360 always was perfect without a single error. Suddenly, it began to make a strange noise, like it was trying to read...some of these times the game was running and after the noise it went to the dash...after a week or so the games weren't loading anymore. It appeared that message saying to put that DVD into a XBOX 360 console. In the tray in the bottom of the dash, it doesn't show Play Game, it shown Play DVD. When I looked the shinny side of 2 games I play the most, it was all scratched. Not that deep scratch, but superficial ones and it had no pattern. I was surprised and since I live in Brazil there is no MS here, so no warranty. What advice would you give me??what can it be??
If there's any solution please describe it noob style..hehe..

P.S.: My XBOX360 stays in the horizontal position and my DVD drive is Samsung.
