whey?

i think it's good,
they give you a free cable,
and they have to be cheaper.... not a bad thing,

it's good to have a choise i quess, keep everybody (team xecuter) sharp.

maybe theyre price is going to drop..... are you still complaining then?

tell the truth. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) i was planning on getting the xecuter kit, but 30 bucks is alot for something i will be using rarely. If this one goes down to 20 or half price, then im down with it!

uhm.. its not like xecuter was first, sure the design is pretty much the same but the original ideas for the connectivity kits came from other people than xecuter. They "copied" them as well. It's the market. If there is a market, then you can be sure that other people will want a piece of the cake. Some one came up with an idea, xecuter improved it and now another company makes it cheaper. It's the way the world works. Don't cry about it.

my xecuter one burnt out the other night it screwed my dvd drive too luckily i just took the xbox back and they exchanged it.

hopefully this one wil lbe of better quality.

it doesnt say if the odd adapter is for hitachi only. Did they get debug working for the samsung drive? Or is 'Hitachi only' implied?

ive seen this on ebay in the uk for £10
what does this exactly do ?
can i change the firmware with this unit is it for hitachi and samsung drives ?

they only work for Hitachi
they dont work for samsung
