Error Code #1023

Does any one know what error code 1023 mean?  i have searched all over and can't find anything about it.  can any one help?

I don't think that one has come up yet. Looks like a new one. What does your system do? Boot up at all? Description?

When the system comes on it just goes to the 3 lights and sometimes (few and far between) i will see the splash screen.  My system is on it's own little table and this is my 3rd system that has died and the only thing that has stayed the same is the power brick. I did call MS and they are sending me a new power supply and a box for the system if it does not work.

i am getting the #1023 as well.. its intermittent.. doesnt matter if its a cold boot or not.. also usually freezes with artifacts during the boot or as i enter the dash..

also i can use the console other times for 8+ hours without any dramas..

good luck on callin MS and askin for what the code means. ive called them and their people told me that there is NO WAY you can get a code from your xbox. Then again is was a women. WTF do they know!

My friend is getting error 1023 as well, and this is exactly what happens to his console.

Most of the time 3 red lights sometimes it will get to the dash and will boot a game. If the game boots, it will run for maybe 2 min. tops and locks up with this real high pitched buzzing sound coming out of the speakers.

Doesn't scratch the games, well-ventilated, seems to run at normal temp. (if it will boot to dash, it will sit at the dash prob. free until you try and do something - play a game, download, chat, etc. then freezes)

Anyone have any idea or thoughts?
