OK so no problems at all with my 360 until a couple of days ago the DVD drive is constantly making a loud spinning noise. It goes on for maybe a minute then it stops and runs fine then it kicks back up again. Has anyone had the same problem and if so how did you fix it.

What games did you play when it was quiet?  Have you introduced a new game (Madden was hella noisy)?

Yeah, it is weird like that. All of my games play quietly except for PGR3 which always produces a much louder drive noise than Call of Duty or GRAW.

I have the same problem with the Samsung and constantly locks up during that game. NFS Most wanted.  I hear the Drive spin like crazy then slow then fast.  I can tell you 5 seconds before the game locks up because the drive stops spinning the disk.  I have 3 other games that work fine.  Any Ideas?  disk is clean and this game is my most recent purchase of 3 days ago.

If you can, I would replace that freezing one.
