This could be something, this could be nothing.  We've seen our share of fakes, we've seen our share of MS trickery, we've seen our share of nobodies rise up and become famous in the 'Scene.  

There will be updates to this site before 6-6-06, I'm almost positive.  It'd be nice if there was some game to it.

Honestly I think I would pass on it just because of  the 666 thing. i assumed it would be some kind of case mod as well. Probably all red or something with the red ring. With some big 666 numbers slaped on the side with the lil devil face or something. Kinda going to far for my taste. That shit would never even see past my door stop.

No one remembers GRmods? Nasis.X and his wacky band of Greek cronies made countless promises about the abilities of their chips way before they ever had any concrete proof. On many boards, Nasis.X was well known for embellishing a bit, even though he did have a product (I use the term "product" loosely) in the works.

My guess is that GRmods has something to do with it. I mean, who else but the guys who made the Devilmod Chip for the Xbox? Doesn't anyone remember the posts he used to make?

"The Devilmod is coming to Xbox and he will make you all scared to even touch another chips!"

He used to go on and on.....

After a little searching, his Xbox-Scene profile is found at this link. What does it say at the bottom, in the "Signature" section?  "BANNED for spamming the forums with misinformation"

The Devil360 site was wisely registered through "Domains By Proxy" to protect Whois info so there's no proving who it belongs to.

Again, this is just my hunch. Maybe it will be a device released by some team, somewhere that does everything we could ask for the Homebrew 360 scene. Maybe it's a new case...who knows?

To me, this thing just stinks of GRmods and Nasis X. But, I have been known to be wrong.

Either way we'll see.

I just wouldn't go putting any eggs in the Devilmod basket.

i also dont see this as news. so someone made a site. without anything to back it up i dont think its news. with no info whats the point. it can be anything. it maybe news on that date if something happens. such as a product is shown.

well, if you wanted it to be extra devilish, they should do it on 6/6/6666  

but anyways if you download the free banner ads - and invert the color of the picture of the black 360 with the blue LED's - you get: a standard xbox 360 with standard green LED's

HD DVD addition - No, thats a M$ product
modchip - slight possibility
360 DVD modification hardware/software - very good possiblity
Hard Drive / Memory Card reader - good possibility
xbox 1 to xbox 360 memory card adapter - maybe
faceplates - sure

viral marketing - doubt it.

hell it might not be a product at all: like a 360 forum, a news site, etc.

hey come on, are X-S trying to tell us that they don't know anything about "that" new product?  and they are putting the banner on first page?   I am wondering why X-S don't do the same when Ice Modchip was the boom?  (of couse we all know that modchip was a bad fake)
