360 W/hd Next To A Magnet..any Prob?

I was just wondering if anyone knows, I have a 360 with the Harddrive and component cables.. The component cables have an optical port for my 5.1 system and my system has a pretty large bass unit.

Do I have to be careful about placing the 360 next to my Bass unit (since it has a powerful magnet within) or is the removable 360 HD magnetically shielded?
