Yeah ,I was just wandering what screwdriver I should use to open up a wireless controller. ...I'm going mad over this ,please HELP!!! The correct tool to use is a Torx T8 tamper-proof screwdriver, you can also use a Torx T8 tamper-proof bit but you will have to grind on it with a Dermal to make it thinner.
I would also look at the Poorly written tutorial in the xbox 360 part of the main pages tutorial section,
also I would checkout llamma.com's 360 tutorials
