hello all . i have a 0102 error code
no video or sound . sometimes i get video on startup but it gets stuck on startup and then nothing .
tested the machine with a different av cable and power supply - no good .
has any one fixed a dead 360 ??

For any future problems like that, the people at 1-800-4MyXbox are the best people to ask. I've been talking with them a lot lately, and they're always helpful and always solve all your problems.

and i am not from europe .
there is no support for the 360 where i live .

Call them up anyway, it doesnt matter where you live, they cant just turn you down just because you dont live where the service areas are.
