That should work and still run the fans at a moderate speed.  Split the 5v (red) and ground (black) both into two wires, then hook it up to the fans.  I'm not completely sure what you said though, because you're talking in broken sentences and I might have misinterpreted what you said.

Let me give you a quick grammar lesson:
  1. Sentences start with a capital letter
  2. '...' is ok to use, but '....' is too many periods and unnecessary
  3. Typing out the full word helps us understand what you're saying better, and overall it would save more time by you just typing correctly than us having to interpret what you say
  4. 'I' needs to be capitalized
  5. Reread your posts to check for incorrect word choice
  6. The end of a sentence needs 1 (one) period, not 2 (two).
  7. Reread your posts before posting to make sure it makes sense

who ever said this is grammer school?
just shut up and answer the question.

on the fans..................
red is positive
black is negative

on the usb...............
2 wires
one for positive, another for negative

tape off positive to positive, negative to negative, will it run at a decent speed to cool off the 360, as well as blowing the hot air, out.

I did answer your question, and it makes it a lot easier for me to answer your question when I can understand what you're asking.

Won't work, that's a 12V fan, and USB only carries 5V.

Depends on the fan. I added a fan to my 360 on 12v, but any lower and it wouldn't run AT ALL. Either way i wouldnt run my fans at 5v seems near pointless. Are you mounting those outside? Are they 80mm? If so I suggest you get 60mm. 80's CAN fit with alot of cutting and shaving....

When you're asking something describe as much of the situation as possible. Otherwise you'll get shitty advice.
