i have xvox dash and bios, and i put XBMC under apps on my xbox.  hte first time i tried it it worked.  after that the only thing i did was put more files in teh apps folder such as emulators.  since hten everything has worked but xbmc - it just gets stuck in the launchign screen.  ive tried re-FTPing it onto my xbox and putting a different version on, but it never works.  anyone know why?  <

is it loading or do you get the black "disaster recovery" screen with red writing- if so, something in your xboxmediacenter.xml is incorrect.

if it boots to the main screen and hangs then from what i remember xbmc doesn't work too well if there is little or no space on the partition you have saved xbmc in. To be on the safe side have about 200-300mb free (possibly put it on the c:)

well when i go to it in the apps menu, evox says launching, then it just gets stuck at that screen and i have to shut off my xbox, so it doesnt really launch.  i odnt knwo what the disaster recovery screen you are talkign about is  <

Try deleting E:\tdata\0face008 and see if it works after that...

Also, turn off Evo-x IGR , in game reset, if you have that active.
