Dead Or Alive Sloww Loading?

Hey guys, i thought i might post this as i'm not sure if the game is meant to be like this

But when you are picking your character it takes ages for the picture to come up of the guy, like... 5 seconds...?

Is it meant to be like that?

I"m guessing it is as other games like call of duty 2 load quick as, ( PGR3 slow as well ) lol (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Anyone?
