I'm not too hyped about the camera, although I do think the facial mapping is a cool idea.

thats basically what i think. there are some people out there that would sue it a lot more then others. i probably wouldnt ever use one, but i know people who would use it almost daily

I like the drawn effect of the video chat, it should be much more flattering than a real image for some of us.

I still prefer the look of the older versioncamera , although has anyone seen a side view of the new camera yet or how it interfaces with the 360 ?
I'm assuming USB, but what do people like myself with the official wireless adapter do?
Do we stick it in the front usb where it looks untidy?

I guess time will tell.

just use a USB hub in the back.

thats what i was thinking.

it has to interface with the 360 via usb.

but if you dont link things plugged in the front, then a hub is the only way to go

They said the most impressive thing was the "delay" or whatever - obviously referring to framerate - and also the quality of video in the video chat.

I WANT TO SEE JUST HOW "impressive" it was - Mostly b/c I'm stoked about the camera and if they said the framerate and the quality picture was very impressive then that makes me more stoked and I would really wanna see it in action.

As far as having my face in a game? I don't care, really, but rather I'm really interested in the video chat for family who has Live.

Also this digital essentially webcam that is the 360 camera could potentially help me identify kiddies who act immature which would be nice so I could block any/all contact with them for life on Xbox Live.

I hate the little annoying kids on Live. The mature ones I don't mind but they're, in all honesty, a rare breed of the kiddies on Live.

Holy SHIT..YES i have been waiting for something like this for along time. The Video thing is cool, but i really like where you can put your face in the game. I cant F#@@ing wait. NBA Live- creating your own player with your face. Fight Night 3- Create boxer with face. You kinda get the point. Cant wait for this to come out

The question here was that if someone is using a wireless adapter on the 360 the usb in the back is already being used. So he was wondering what they were going to do becuase cords would look bad in the front.

did you read what you quoted? you connect a usb hub to the rear usb port, and there you go. you now have 4 ports instead of 1
