Is it normal for my power supply to be VERY loud? I always thought it was the 360, but it's actually the power supply making almost all of the noise. It's comparable to the hum of a refrigerator.

I've heard of this, but never experienced it. Mine's mouse quite.

Mine was quiet for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden it got really loud. I figured it was hot so I turned it off. When I went to play again it was still really loud. Now its always so loud that I cant even watch movies on the 360 because the High pitched hum it makes is too annoying.

yeah if its making a lot of noise thats definitely not good.

Both my 360 PSU's are dead silent, except if you like put your ear up to it you can hear the little fan whirring away in there. Simply, the fan should be the only thing making any noise inside the psu.

Oh, and don't touch the big capacitor on the psu board. Even if the psu is unplugged it still can hold a charge, and i got zapped pretty good by it.
