Freeze On Return To Dashboard (from Online Game)

Whenever I get done playing  PDZ or COD2  online i'm playing in a game then i press the (X) on the controller then the Y button to go to the dashboard then i press yes to exit to dashboard thats when it freezes...this only happens when im playing online, it happens every time I go back to dashboard.
Could anyone help me? Thank you for reply!

This is minor glitches in the game, if they happen alot then i would advise getting your 360 looked at for a bad lazer.
