I just bought XBox360, and the first time i play it's play smoothly until I don't know why it jammed on half way, then i turn it off, and turn it on again, it gives 3 flashed light.

I call them and ask what happen, so they ask me turn unplug and plug again, but still not working,
so the second time they ask me to unplug my Hard drive, and plug it back again, still not working,
and at last I myself realize that it's because my wireless controller is not close enough to the XBox

and now come the same problem again, I do everything but still can't solve it
what happen to this XBox? It's a lot of bugs,
