Anyone In Canada Recieve There Repaired/replaced 360 Yet?

i got mine but it had no power supply or hdd! just wondering what others experience  was.

now i am fighting to get my hdd and power supply back but it doesn't seem like anyone is doing anything!
it took damn near 3 weeks to get the unit back and basically only recieved half a unit. how much longer do i have to deal with this b/s.....

I am still waiting for the box to show up so I can send my defective unit to MS.  It's been exactly 1 week since I called.

How many days did it take until you received it ? (the first box)

about a week, my box got sent from texas though becuase it was before the launch so the candian repair facility didn't have the boxes yet. still no word on my power supply or hard drive, right know i feel as though i was robbed by MS becuase they seem to be doing nothing to remedy the situation.

Yeah, I heard from a lot of people about the same problem you have.  MS seems to have a lot of issues with this.

I hope you get an answer from them soon !!

well i talked to MS support and my power supply is supposed to be shipped today ground (yuck!) but they said MS will have to deal with the hdd directly and they will call me with an update by 7pm tonight.......
