Never heard of that, but the phone number for all support issues is: 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269)

That's right.

I called last week and bought a 2 years warranty (60$ with tax).
Oh yeah, and my 360 is now a big paperweight .. mad.gif
