Remove Stuck Game In Xbox360 That Wont Turn On?

There should be a manual release on the face of the drive somewhere. Remove the 360 faceplate(not the DVD faceplate) and look for a small hole. you should be able to push a pin in there and release the drive tray.

You might want to call MS agian and make sure that they are sending you a new one.

Everyone that has a defective xbox has been sent a pre-paid shipping box, which they would then put their Xbox360 in, and send it back to MS. After MS recieves it, they either send you a new one, or repair yours.

I haven't heard of MS sending anyone an xbox360 console without first recieving the defective one.

Ya im pretty sure you have to send yours in. I think you should confirm.
