There is no difference what so ever between the wired controller sold for the 360 and the wired controller sold for the PC. Except the PC one costs and extra $5 and comes in a red package with a driver disc. The drivers can be downloaded for free so don't waste your money on the PC version.

cool, so if my friend wants to get a controller for the PC but also wants to bring it over to play on the x360...he should get the x360 wired....awesome...thx!
