Xbox 360 Test Unit

It sounds like 360 debug unit.It should look like a retail but its black.
If you have access to it can you explore the contents of the hard drive.
Or try to dump the 360 hard drive to a PC.

they are not all black - there is a series of debug units out that look exactly like retail units apart from they don't play retail games and can only access the developer side of live.
