ms isn't willing to sort out the problems with packaged and shipped consoles. I mean you have a 3 month warranty of the console ( i think-or 1 month) so I'd assum they'd figure that the consumer can return it as damaged. Plus the figures in 10-15% of consoles. Once it hit 1/4 of all consoles that's good reason for MS to halt production. Hell EVEN THEN I doubt they will.
