Cooling Upgrade

As many of you know, the 360 runs VERY hot. Within 30 seconds of mine being on its already putting out hot air. Us modders need to come together and find out a better cooling system. Does anyone have any ideas?

I was thinking of upgrading the fans to a higher CFM. Anyone know what size those 2 exhaust fans are?

I don't have any ideas for cooling but I do want to look into installing a quieter fan, my (and i am sure others) 360 sounds like my old 386 reading a floppy disk when loading a level of PDZ.

I just soldered a 80mm fan to a 12v AC adapter. I'm going to try to attach it to the back of the case somehow.

What's important to find out is the flow of the air so we know what to mod.  I'm suspecting that the top vent near the hard drive sucks in air.  I was thinking about maybe attaching a small fan with a special mount, like a "ram air" setup....but I gotta find out if it really does have inward flow, if any flow at all.
