watercooling is a pretty risky affair for a device that is targeted at all kinds of users including children.
it wouldve also made us modders lives harder methinks

they never said water cooled, they said liquid cooled, which it is. In the heatpipes is vaporisable liquid, which basically moves the heat up thorugh the pipes (as the liquid has evaporated), then the evap is cooled, the heat expelled and the liquid goes back down the pipe to repeat the process.
