Hmm, are those the analog button pads?  if so then the guide button is analog too??  Obviously the shoulder BUTTONS are NOT analog.

Speaking of... can any of these people confirm the analog status of the x,y,a,b buttons on these new controllers... can't beleive we forgot about that.

Thanks for the picture...

That confirms WITHOUT A DOUBT that the ABXY buttons are NOT ANALOG...

You know what else is really interesting... I don't see a security chip anywhere.

Which either means that:
A. the whole talk about a security chip blocking out 3rd party controllers was just hot air or
B. the security chip is integrated into the USB controller somehow (which is entirely possible)

The A,B,X,Y Buttons are only buttons.....The X in the middle is just a button....I thought it rolled as a mouse ball or something in any direction but it is solid and steady and only a button.
