First off, I'm not trying to anger anyone, I just wanted to voice an opinion. Don't think I'm attacking you if you posted something about the psu in another thread. That being said...
I don't know about everyone else, but I am getting tired of all the bitching in regards to the 360's psu.
Whoopty-doo if it's big. Who really gives a flying fart in space if it's that big.
Also remember, this is not a pIII 733 with 64 megs of ram. The 360 is some serious hardware. PC CPU's for equivalent hardware arent small either.
If M$ wants to:
- remove a large heat source from the internal box(prolonging the life of other components)
- remove a large source of possible interference
- make the physical 360 smaller(the part you care if anyone see's anyway)
- make it easier to replace damaged/failed psu's
- (my favorite, that someone in another topic pointed out) make it that much easier to put a 360 in my car...
...Then I really am not that upset.
I think some people just need something to gripe about.
Honestly people, get a grip. If the physical size of the PSU is your biggest complaint, I think we're in good shape.

I don't understand the fuss about the PSU either.. Look at the gamecube PSU Its HUGE in comparison to the cube itself. Do you hear someone complain about that one?
Common people.
I for one am happy they didnt integrate that (indeed large) thing in the 360 itself. Who cares its big. Most of the people put it out of sight anyway. Behind some audio/video furniture or some kind of closet.
