Xmbc Clicking My Hdd.

I got a  6-06-04 build of xbmc. I have the hdd spindown activated.
here's whats weird.

I had been listening to some mp3s for about 3 hrs and i noticed that aboout every 10 minutes I hear the hdd click like it's going to spindown.

I of course thought my brandnew 250wd was dying. But I tested while watching some divxs with xbmc with the volume turned all the way down that way I could hear the hdd. nothing happened after 2 hrs. I went back to listening to mp3s and it started it again.

any ideas?

I turned xbmc's auotspindown hdd to 0 minutes to turn it off and it fixed the problem.
but is there some kind of bug that caused this to only happen when listening to mp3s?
