Media Remote...2 Versions

Check it...Looks like there are only 2 differences no numeric pad or channel/volume control on the one shipped with the 360.

Old to you...maybe.

News to some probably... :P

yep.

Media Remote (little one) will be included in the XBox360 for Limited time , after December the console will not come with it , XBox360 core doesnt come with it.

Universal Media Remote costs around $30 is bigger cause it controls far more than just the XBox360.

Wait, a record button on the little remote?
What could that be for?  Maybe recording internet radio?
I have no clue...

Is for Media Center PC , if you install a TV card into a Media Center PC , it will record shows and movies into your HD , Xbox360 Media Extender lets you control your Media Center PC from the console. you can make your PC record and then stream play all from your Xbox360.

XBox360 will not record , the PC with Media Center does.

Thanks, but damn.  Recording internet radio would be sweet... then transfer to your iPod!  That would be incredible.  But, alas...

The small one looks alot better then the big one. I do not see why anyone should by the Universal Remote, they both do the same thing right?

No, the universal remote also controls your TV and MCPC.

Talking about the Record button, how would it function with a normal PC networked, any other uses?
