am i the only one whose pissed after M$ said that the package with HDD is 399? i thought it was included, and other then that, i thought its gonna be 299 without all the remotes and crape like that, like the original xbox package, i mean come on, M$ did that just to make people think that xbox 360 is as good as the ps3, but DVD vs Blu Ray, i mean i like xbox 360, but i was really disappointed when they said its 399, its not the money we r talking about, i am going to get both ps3 and trhe 360 , but the thing that i disguss the most is the way they make it look as good as ps3 and therefore cost us money, (this is my personal thought dont flam me for this)

but a HDD 20 GB for 100 bux?? thats a total rip off, and some developers already said its going to load slower without HDD, and think of it this way, what do u do with that harddrive? download trailers?? extra content?? for 100 bux? come on!

dont get an xbox 360 then..coming on here and bitching isnt going to change MS's mind. That 100 harddrive ur talking about is a custom 2.5" SATA harddrive. Which is worth around 100$. Look up the prices on 2.5 SATA drives and tell me what there going for....Also..about being slower loading its probally a 5-10second difference..

u jsut dont get what im saying do u, im talking about this package that M$ overcharge, not jsut the harddrive, they pusposly pcrice the 360 at 400 bux so that ignorant peopl will think that it is as good as ps 3, but truth ... idunno, and no i am not bitching , just giving my thoiught thats all

and no im not saying the ps3 is better, im just saying some components r more expansive such as the Blu Ray Reader, i guess what im saying is M$ charge most ppl for the ignorants of a proportion of the people.

It gives you a remote, wireless controller, hd cables, and the harddrive. what is the point of this thread agian?

i read this article said that M$ think that if it the 360 price doesnt match PS 3 price ppl will think that its a less powerfull machine and therefore buy ps 3 isntead of 360 so this mind game they play cost us money

i think if you knew anything about the xbox 360 the price they are selling it for is already a cheap as hell price. they could raise it a couple hundred and im sure the people that actually knew the systems power would still buy it.

your thinking is totally off. they charged it at that price because they dont care to lose as much money on the 360 as they did with the first xbox. besides your acting like there is any way to compare the 360 and ps3 price which is wrong because there is no price for the ps3 yet. you put little no thought behind your rant just because your pissed because the price of the 360 isnt what you thought it would be. its not like MS is forcing you to buy anything that is the power of choice they have given to you. i believe it would be a good move for MS to lower the price of the system when the ps3 comes out to make it more attractive. the "ignorant" people you speak of dont pay attention to tech specs or buzz words, they look at the price and see whats on the screen that is all.

also if your bitching about the 360 price then get ready to shit bricks when the ps3 price is announced because its not going to be any cheaper if not more expensive.
