ok, it's a dev kit for crying out loud. you could put it in a metal lunch box for all i care. as long as it's a reasonably finalized development platform, it has served the purpose. we already know the look of the real deal. i want to see this bitch cook.

thats nice, the big thing at the top is probably like the raised tops the xbox dev kits had, but to me the 360 looks dark blue, not black. but who knows, i just wonder how long till someone makes a crystal case for the 360...

"but the controller has a cord........ i thot they were spossed to be wireless"
The alpha kits had wired controllers too, and game developers would probably prefer wired controllers so they don't have to charge them and stuff like that.
Plus, there would be no need for game developers to have them. MS can handle all the testing on them.

The devs kits look like ass, I wouldn't buy one of those even if it was cheap. Looks horrible in black. It's not even true black it more of a grayish light black. Not smooth whatsoever looks like one of those black plastic tubes those lays stackables chips come in. Owell as long as they are close to final spec's I could care less.

just 2 remember: each wirelesscontroller will have the option to wire it, e.g. for gaming 24/7. But this one seems to be hardwired --> a real devkit!
what was in the tiny white box with green 'xbox' on it? the devkit? folded?
