Listen The Playstation's graphics card will not ever run at full power..

Xbox 360 will... but that doesn't mean that Developers will be able to use ALL the power.... they won't... they need to get used to it... get to know how things work.. Expect to see fucking unreal visuals by.... 2007? 2008?

Although developers will be able to run 100% without any limitations, they will never use the entire power of the chip, but they will be closer than what they used to be.
