3.2 Ghz NOT 3.5Ghz... still could go up in the future
512MB NOT 256MB... probably won't change.

those are just the first two things I found when reading it. Could someone (HSD?) either fix it or point at the corrected specs ?

yeah, it definitely needs to be fixed as it's riddled with errors.
Reading through, it looks like a spec sheet from before the unveiling...

No need for speculative data at this point, you'd be better off just posting the official Xbox360 Fact sheet.
