Hi,

I am using an xbmc compiled on 20-05-2004 and I experience quite a lot of problems with the FTP server.
Some files can't be transferred to the xbox HD and I cannot see anything specificity with the files to discriminate them from others that transfers fine. I've got some funny error messages like "can't access file" and so on ...
Also, I consistently cannot transfer files bigger than 80MB on the xbox HD.

Any ideas ?

The same thing is happening to me!  I can't view any of the files that are on my xbox.  I don't know what to do.  <

If you use FlashFXP press F5 a few times when in ftp mode

If you use any other ftp client look for the refreash button  <

OK, I've found the problem.

The file names can't have more than 32 characters.

My remark regarding the 80MB files was therefore misleading.
