What's With Bulk Thumbnailing Of Albums?

Why does XBMC insist on applying the last found album cover to EVERY other song that hasn't been found yet?

I just got done going through my collection and ended on an early 1980's album, "Zebra". So now the Zebra album cover is attached to every song that wasn't found (like all the compilations and greatest hits, etc.)

Why doesn't it just apply the thumbnail to the item I'm searching on???
