Yes there is a way.  You need to set up a Samba share.  There are some great guides in the XBMC forum on how to do this.

The XBMC config file is all commented for this.

Open up it's config file and look for the SMB section.

Then adjust accordingly.

Note: You can create MULTIPLE connections to different PC's if you wish.  <
