Annoying Zoom

When i load XBMC for the first time, I'll check the video settings, the zoom is off.  I'll go and play a movie, and i'll notice the credits are hanging off to the left. while its playing, i'll go back to the video options, and XBMC automatically turned on zoom.  It's really annoying, can anyone fix?  <

Try pressing the "start" button to cycle through normal, zoom & stretch  ;)   <
