Xbox Won't Boot

When I turn on my xbox the green light turns on and i hear eveythingpower on but there is no audio or video.  When I hit the eject button the light flashes green but the drive does not open.  But occassionally it will turn on, but that happens about 1 time for every 10 times that it won't.  I have an Xbox V1 and an Enigmah modchip.  What is going on?  The Xbox has worked for years and now it goes funky.
