This Disc Is Unreadable.

Same problem on my friend's banned Xbox.  The DVD installed the dashboard update on his console and then nothing.

The same DVD plays fine on my unbanned Xbox.

Alright it seems to be MY bad on this one...

just verified and my friend's Xbox is running LT 1.91 instead of 3.0 so XGD3 isn't supported!
and weirdly all the games he's been playing (NHL 13) aren't XGD3 despite being recent...

will update tonight and problem will be gone.
