So to burn rip all of the newer 360 games, you have to use a Benq drive with 0800 flashed on it? Would I be able to use my Samsung SH-D162D drive flashed with 0800?

Pretty much. The LiteOn seems to read the best, so that's recommended, but a BenQ will work fine as well.
