P.S. was playing MW3 original last night and got an unsupported disc error. Had to eject to get the game to start again.
I updated to beta dash early on and then played MW3 online for a couple of hours when it spat the error out. This is on a stock slim.

Is this possibly when the new table was issued?

I'm hoping that some good has come out of this, Microsoft have basically found a way to stop backups from booting, which is a good thing for them. So lets hope they dont also go down the banning route as well, no need to ban, just stop backups from working and keep your userbase online, makes much better sense.
While there at it, why not unban all the old banned consoles?

Are all XGD3 Titles affected or just some of them?
I'm currently playing Driver and Skyrim and just wanted to know. Was playing yesterday evening for the last time, so my dae.bin wasn't updated last time i played.

So if your console got "sucker punched" by M$ will you get the "Game not supported" error?

Also I know someone in the preview program on a legit console, should I keep my Gamertag off that console because it stated that my gamertag "last signed in on another console" message.

yes, if it says "disc unsupported" then you have been silently updated

My Skyrim works too, I disconnected my console immediately after I heard the news. I believe it affects only some games, but there is no way to know. I bet that MW3 and GOW3 can flag you but I'm not gonna try that. Now it feels like sh*t, can't even test to know if I'm updated or not. Anyone with some first hand useful experience

from what i can tell with my testing, once you are "silently Updated" by just being connected to live, it stops all (XGD3) games from working and you just get the (this disc is unsupported screen). like i have said in earlier posts i have 4 phat consoles 2 have been silently updated and none of the (XGD3) games work, but the other two work perfectly,just stay off live

instead of trying to boot MW3 as a test. use XVAL to check if your system failed AP25 check, if it says your secdata is clean then you are not flagged...

two of my systems are flagged, and findsecdata was not able to clean them. So I rebuilt a clean retail image since I have the CPU keys for both system (cpu glitch). Now they are clean...but who knows if they will be banned or not...

Thanks, if it is as you say, mine is not updated and it's good news, but I heard some games like Batman Arkham city and Skyrim works for others too, can you try one of these, or did you already?

My secdata is clean, I know it because I have memorized my previous X number from the start of times

and I have not failed a single disc even once.

Thats not true. The only affected game so far is MW3 since my brother was playing Arkham City on his system, he tried MW3 but wasn't able to play the game....
