im Pritty much a noob ,
but from light googling theres a way to play thease from a HDD but you need a card /HDD reader for the Xbox that costs £70 + i was wonderign if theres a way to make one of thease yourself , DIY job , and olay thease games or does that require JTAG aswll ?

This video may have already been posted and if it has, then I apologise. I know this doesnt really amswer yoiur question as to what software but its a damned good step in the right direction.
