Should I Patch All Of My Games To Ssv2?

ABGX should auto adjust the ISO image you give it to include SSv2 if they have it in their online database. (Also assuming you have checked the option to do so.)

It is not bad for a game to be patched with SSv2 data if it was originally SSv1.

The easiest way by far is Mousepatcher 2.0.  Just run the program, and drag the ISO in.  It'll patch to SSv2 for you, if it exists in the DB.  Then run it through ABGX at Level 3 to confirm.
