How To Flash And Not Get Banned

Can someone please explain to me how to flash your xbox 360 and how to not get banned with it?  I know you have to plug ur drive into your computer, but like what do you install and how do you burn discs?  I know its probably in these forums but alot of stuff is atleast 1 year old and idk if it has changed.

There are major changes with AP25 ssv3 protection being recently enabled by MS.

If you ask the question about a month ago...it's simple.

Go to Technical DVD-Rom and modified DVD firmware forum.
And read pinned: releases, tutorial and guides.
Everything you need is there - how to, what version of firmware etc...

As for burning discs...you are already in the right forum.
And read pinned: how to create working 360 backups by PhoneyVirus...he has done a great job on it.

But all these information are for ssv2 games.
With ssv3 games...well just keep an eye on the forum for the latest info.
