no one has any insight?

all i want to know is that since my drive is flashed, if im playing an ORIGINAL M$ game disc on XBL could i be banned? now i know while playing a backup i could be, but what about while im playing an original?

yes you can still be banned it is a challenge response issues flashed drives respond differently to XBL checks than stock ones

so they will still be able to tell if my drive is flashed no matter if im playing an original or a copy? so i just need to reflash with my original FW to not worry about my xbox being banned

too late now. Once flashed even if flashing back to original fw then there is a chance that xbl knows about it
