Xbox360 Wont Read Some Games

Hi biggrin.gif
I got a problem which is getting annoying  when i put in some game like H.a.w.k.s or Bad company 2 they wont load it just says  open tray but if i put in halo reach , gears of war or even gta 4 they would work.
 Anyone know what the problem is  ? smile.gif

disks are either not burnt right, or scratched.
