After talking to some people in the abgx chan, I have found out that these dmi values are different because the versions i am ripping are different pressings of the game.  It does not indicate a problem.

As long as I rip at least twice and get the same results, my rips are good to go.  
The verification files come from all over the world and have different DMI's based on where the disk came from.

So to answer this question, this behavior is normal.
